Why is this month’s profit lower than that of the previous month?
The Fund’s profit is calculated monthly according to the actual results. That is why it may either increase or decrease.
Where does the profit come from?
The profit comes from the increase of shares invested into one or another project. Periodically, the shares are sold or invested into new projects, which provides investors’ further profit.
Why do organizers of the projects not take bank loans?
Investments in the form of bank loans can practically be obtained only if the amount of the investments needed is comparable to the company’s current turnovers. It’s quite another matter, if the size of the investment needed significantly exceeds the size of the active business. In this case, obtaining borrowed funds can be significantly impeded. The banks are reluctant to credit such projects, and do it only if sufficient security is provided and the project is highly worked over. In this situation, a company should think of involving share capital or borrowed funds through issuing bills, bonds, etc.
How do you participate in projects?
First of all, we try to buy securities that could be freely sold or presented for payment. Otherwise, we conclude a credit agreement, or belong to the number of the company founders and conclude an agreement with the founders that in a set term they undertake to redeem our share based on the future estimated cost or at a guaranteed price.
Why do you show information only about finished projects? Can I learn about current ones?
It is so, because the lion’s share of our expenditures is spent on the market research, and making the results of our work publicly available would mean exposing fund’s financial well-being to unnecessary risks.
Can I invest money in a certain project?
Unfortunately, no! The essence of our Fund is that we distribute risks and profits in proportion to all projects. Of course, certain projects are more winning than the others; some of them have a higher anticipated profitability than the average Fund’s profitability. However, in practice, decrease of risk, even to the prejudice of lost profit, proves its value.
What is the scheme of obtaining profit by the Fund?
The scheme is very simple and clear.
MMCIS investments invests its clients' funds several times.
For example, our sharers have invested 10 million dollars into the Fund. After that, we select the project for financing, receiving the bank's agreement to issue a loan on this object in the future.
Suppose, we build a plant with the profitability of 20% annual. Then we take a loan on it at 7% annual. Thus, we spare our assets.
So, we get our 10 million back + 13% annual on it. After that we invest this money into a new project.
This scheme of investing allows us to achieve such a high level of profitability for our investors.
What does “income in proportion to total Fund's profit” mean?
Fund’s investment portfolio consists of its sharers’ separate deposits. Each investor becomes our Fund's sharer when he/she makes a deposit. Each investor has his/her own share in the Fund with a certain interest rate that depends on the number of investors and size of their deposits. You receive your profit as a percentage from the total Fund's profit for a certain period. Total Fund’s profit is distributed between all sharers.
Suppose, four investors decided to deposit $40,000, $25,000, $25,000 and $10,000 respectively. Total volume of investments is $100,000. Each investor is the owner of a certain share of capital, according to the size of the deposit: 40%, 25%, 25% and 10%. Suppose, the Fund’s profit for month was 10%, which is $10,000. Each investor will get profit in proportion to his/her deposit: 40%, 25%, 25% and 10%, which is $4,000, $2,500, $2,500, and $1,000.
Why do the income rates in the consolidated chart in the “Revenues” section and in the Financial Results report differ?
In the Fund's monthly Financial Results Report, the more precise indicators of the Fund's activity are given - they are rounded off to one decimal place.
In the consolidated chart of the “Revenues” section we provide these indicators rounded off to whole numbers. This is the reason why the indicators may differ by several decimals of the per cent.
Does your Agreement make provisions for passing of property rights in case of a Fund’s sharer’s death?
Of course, as any other valuable, the share in the Fund passes to the assignees, according to the international law.

What is an average deposit size?

Why are not all companies names specified in the “Projects” section?
In connection with the specific character of the companies’ work, many of them have objection to such publicity.
Can I advertise your service, attracting new clients and making them my referrals?
Yes, you can. However, for the person becoming our Fund’s sharer to be your referral, you should send us an application indicating his/her data. After verification, your new partner’s data will show up in your “Personal Office”.
If I am my friend’s referral, does that mean I will get profit 10% less?
No! You will get same profit as if you came to us independently, because the bonus for the referrals is paid from the company’s profit.
What does “commission for income” mean?
What does “commission for income” mean?
Everything is simple! This is our reward for the work! Suppose, you have invested $100,000 into our Fund. Fund’s profitability for the reporting month was 10%. It means that you got income of $10,000 (without the deduction of commission). Now, let’s calculate the amount of commission 10,000 õ 0.15 (15%) = 1,500 USD (is our commission). Now, let’s calculate your clear profit 10,000 – 1,500 = 8,500 USD. Thus, you have earned 8,500 in a month!
I would like to have an original of the agreement with a stamp and signature. How do I do this?
